11 IBU’s, 4.2% ABV

An intentionally acidic, tart and sour taste is created by introducing lactobacillus to the boil during the brewing process. Sharp and fizzy mouthfeel, sour and tart up front with a crisp blackberry finish. Saaz Hops and Blackberry Puree.
