Vanilla Cream Ale

Our house ale yeast undergoes a cold fermentation process making this style a hybrid ale-lager. A delicate and balanced blend of hops and malt create a clean, smooth drinking beer with a slightly sweet honey finish. A subtle amount of flaked oats and corn are added to give this beer cream-like characteristics, and a hint of vanilla extract give it a delicious vanilla finish. Willamette and Crystal Hops.
